We realize that convenience is key and so is flexibility. That's why we offer treatment times that range from 15 minutes to 120 minutes. Reflexology
$75 (Reg. $100)
Reflexology, or zone therapy, is an alternative Asian-based medicine involving the physical act of applying pressure to the feet, hands, or ears with specific thumb, finger, and hand techniques. This session is clothed.
Cupping Therapy
$25 (Add-on)
Cupping is a type of alternative therapy that involves placing cups on the skin to create suction. This suction is thought to improve the flow of energy in the body and facilitate healing.
Signature Service
$75 (Reg. $120)
By far the most popular option, this technique combines Swedish and Acupressure techniques to increase circulation to promote muscle healing. The therapist uses firm but gentle pressure to compress and relax muscles.
Hot Stone Option
$20 (Add-on)
The hot stone option is an add-on that the therapist uses smooth heated stones as an extention of their hands or by placing them on their body. The heat can be deeply relaxing and help loosen tight muscles more easily.
Prenatal Message / Pregnancy Massage

Like our signature service, but our therapist take extra steps pregnancy massage clients are comfortable including sideline position and extra cushioning.

Himalayan Salt Stone Massage

Himalayan Salt Stone Massage uses warm salt crystal stones to soothe away stress and tension, and promote an increased sense of well-being. Its grounding properties help to improve sleep and balance the Central Nervous System. Himalayan Salt Stone Massage supports Electromagnetic Overload from electronic devices. Additionally, the stone’s natural salt properties gently exfoliate the skin to promote naturally smooth and silky skin, reducing signs of aging.

Chinese Herbal Lotion Option

Similar to BioFreeze, Chinese Herbal Lotion is a analgesic blend of ointments and menthol to help sooth pain for muscles and joints.
Lymphatic Massage

Lymphatic Massage is a gentle massage used to guide lymph away from swollen areas, often after surgery or an injury. The proper flow of lymph is important to a healthy immune system.
CBD-infused Oil Massage

Similar to our Signature Service massages, but only with CBD oil.
CBD stands for cannabidiol, referring to the primary chemical compound it’s composed of. One of the primary two chemicals derived from cannabis plants, CBD is known as a holistic treatment for a variety of conditions, including inflammation, insomnia, and anxiety.
When applied topically through skillful massage therapy, the effects of CBD enhance the benefits of massage therapy for a unique combination that will make you feel like you’re floating
Aroma Therapy Massage

Aromatherapy massage is Swedish massage therapy using massage oil or lotion that contains essential oils (highly concentrated plant oils). During an aromatherapy massage, you inhale these essential oil molecules or absorb them through your skin.
Deep Tissue

Deep tissue massage therapy is similar to Swedish massage but with a deep tissue massage, your therapist applies slow, firm pressure to release muscle tension.

Sports Massage

Think of a sports massage as the more focused sibling of a deep tissue massage. The two massages are similar – firm pressure, focusing on muscles and connective tissue deep within the body. But with a sports massage, your therapist may incorporate stretching and the session may be targeted to a specific area of the body.

A healing massage seeks to release stress and anxiety through a combination of physical and energetic work. This is achieved through an integrated treatment comprising of deep tissue and acupressure point massage, and energy movement.
